Cancellations & Changes

Punctuality is essential and forms part of the mutual respect of our time together. A 10-minute grace period is extended for reservations, unless otherwise stated. On occasion, my schedule does not allow for a grace period; where this applies, it will be clearly communicated during the enquiry and confirmation process. If you arrive between 10 and 20 minutes late, this time will be deducted from the duration of our reservation. Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will result in the reservation being cancelled.

For outcall reservations, my driver ensures I arrive on time, or a few moments early. In the unlikely event that I am running late, it will not exceed 10 minutes, and you will be notified with no less than one hour’s notice.

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. A deposit confirms that I have cleared my schedule and committed time exclusively for you. This time is reserved deliberately and is not held provisionally. Cancellations do not alter this, and deposits are not transferred or refunded.

Failure to attend a reservation without communication will be treated as a no-show. No-shows result in the reservation being cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Numbers associated with no-shows will be flagged, reported, and blocked. I do not engage with time-wasting behaviour and will take reasonable steps to protect my time and that of other providers.

I am happy to accommodate reschedule requests where possible. Requests made more than 24 hours prior to our scheduled time do not incur a fee. Requests made within 24 hours of our meeting require a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total reservation cost. Rescheduled bookings must take place within two weeks of the original date. Requests to move a reservation beyond this period may require the reservation to be rebooked in full or incur an additional 25% fee.

If a reservation concludes early for any reason, the full fee remains payable.

I reserve the right to end a reservation immediately if my boundaries are breached or if conduct becomes disrespectful or unsafe. In such circumstances, the reservation fee is retained. Please refer to my Boundaries page for further detail.
